Overnight Muesli
Vegan Overnight Yogurt & Oats.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup medjool dates, chopped
2 tablespoons grated unsweetened coconut
1 Honeycrisp apple, diced into small pieces
2 ½ cups non-dairy yogurt
Maple syrup
Non-dairy milk
Steps
In a container with a lid, combine oats, ginger, cinnamon, hemp seeds, almonds, dates, apple pieces, and coconut. Stir in the yogurt. Cover and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, drizzle with maple syrup and non-dairy milk.
