Oven-Roasted Bacon

Serves 4 / Time 30min

1 package bacon
Aluminum foil

1/ Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Make sure the foil is bigger than the sheet so that it covers the lips of the sheet. It’s to ensure the bacon grease doesn’t spill.

2/ Line the bacon on the baking sheet. Place in oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on level of doneness desired.

3/ Remove from oven and place on a paper towel lined plate.

4/ Cleanup: wait for the bacon grease to congeal on the foil. Fold foil up and throw away.
